We have been exploring.
We have millions of caterpillars on our walking/biking route.
Brooks was not afraid at all to hold one.
Squish one I should say.
Good thing Grandma Terri was along because I am not sure that I would have picked one up for him.
At the park he had to get right in the water.
Trust me this was not the deepest he went.
Can we say pushing the limits. ( he was with Grandma Jane :) )
Monday marked Brooks turning 1 and a half.
Yesterday we had his check up.
This little man and I do mean little (compared to what his potential is with a daddy at 6' 6'') was almost 26 lbs ( 50%) and was 32 in tall ( 47%).
Now it is down hill fast to 2 years old. Ahh this is not ok with me.
Freeze him right now and it would be perfect.
I do wonder what he will look like or what his personality will be like when he is 4, 8, a teenager.
So I guess if I get no say...........I will just take lots of pics to remember this age with.
It looks like to day is going to be decent here finally. We are calling high 60's decent now in June, this is sad. Happy Sunny Day To You!

Wow, I wouldn't even touch a catepillar. Luc actually threw one into the fire at the cottage. Poor thing. Brooks is so interested in furry things, it is great! :)
