Big Brother Love

Kisses for brother. I am ready for this change. However, it does break my heart the thought of only having days left with just Brooks. I know it is normal to feel this way. How can you love another the way you love your first? Each day is a gift with him I can't imagine how having two little boys to spend my days with will make me feel. Thanks Matt for giving me this great opportunity to watch our children grow and change each day.

What a great day. It was a marathon of outside time. Matt put up a swing set for Brooks. Thanks so much Jeremy and Noah for sharing (Tim and Tina too!!) The slide is a little fast but nothing Brooks can't handle. That smile ever left his face the whole afternoon.

This was all his idea......to ride the car down the hill. He has done it many times but this was the first time I watched from the front.

All boy!!!!

Speaking of boy....did you see the new addition to the blog header? Thanks Shelly for adding my little owl that will be joining our family in 2 weeks. Yes only 2 weeks to go.

Snow?

Trying to make laundry a little more enjoyable with a cute and festive laundry room.

Fun laundry fabric to hide lots of stuff ontop of the cubbies.

What else is there to do on a day with snow on the ground again?

Thank goodness Aunt Abby is coming over to play.

We want to play outside.

We should be doing this today.........but instead it wants to rain.
Tis the season for rain I guess.

He is loving pushing the cars down the hill.
He even rides the green 4 wheeler down too.
It is pretty funny.

Then we push them back up.
And because we are 2 years old we repeat again,
and again,
and again!

Lets hope the weather gets back to letting us play outside soon.
Today was a daddy day off too and we are stuck at home.
(So he found something todo.......cleaning the grout in the kitchen on his hands and knees. Thanks Matt!!!!!)
