The weather yesterday was amazing. It was 60 and sunny. We played outside all afternoon. Brooks loves the "pum's" that he got with Grandma and Grandpa over the weekend.

Today we went to my old work (where I sometimes sub).

They have goats to feed and trails to walk.

It is a definite old school experience for the children.

In the woods there are forts that the bigger kids make.

For as much as he likes to climb, this stump scared him.

It is a great place and a good fit for one adventures boy.

Maybe next year when are big enough you can stay all by yourself.

But for now I am so happy to share it with you.

We are back at the Little Gym. It is early in the morning but seeing him enjoy every minute makes it all with it.

Today was a refrigerator moment in our house. You know what I am talking about. It was my first ultra sound with a little brother or sister for Brooks.

We are so excited at the idea of another little one around here. Being pregnant the second time is easier (because you know what to expect) but new all at the same time. Off to eat again..........talk to you later.

Over the weekend some little boy figured out how to get out of the pack n play.

He got out and let him self out of the room and came down the stairs to join the rest of us because he didn't want to nap.

I thought the crib sides where taller and he at least couldn't scale them for awhile. I was WAY wrong. First time in there....out he comes because he isn't going to nap. I totally set myself up by saying last weekend thank god he has no idea how to get out of his crib. Why did I say that? Look at our problem now.

How do you transition to a big boy bed??

If only after every rain there can be a giant rainbow over your house. It was very tall and looked like it was at the end of our street. (the pics do it no justice) So if you are going to rain today please leave another rainbow!

Today is a good ol' rainy fall day. But Brooks want's to play outside. He doesn't care that it is raining.

Clearly it has been raining and everything is wet.

Sorry mister that it has been raining all day. It is going to be a loooooooooooong fall/winter if we can't get out at all.
