Better late than never!

Easter at the lake was great.

No one was around to see us all outside in our pj's at 6:30 AM.

First peep of his life kept him pretty quiet.

A little help never hurt.

The Easter bunny forgot how tall Brooks was.

Great day to be outside and enjoy a little sunshine. (now it needs to come back!)

Happy week after Easter.

We had a double celebration this weekend.

Jeremy turned 14 and

Farmer Brody turned 1!

Tears start to roll down my check looking at my big boy and thinking of how he has grown.

I am lucky to be there for every moment of it.

He poked the chocolate frosting for awhile and then went for it all.

Yummy.

I am blessed to be your mommy Brody.

I am glad we get to celebrate you every day.

Fast-forward to my big bike ridding boy. It literally took him 24 hours to almost master pedaling. We have to remind to keep his eyes looking up! Guess no street riding until he gets that or we will be crying over parked cars.

My brain is still here.......

And I said good bye to the baby carrier. Brody is on the verge of turing 1. Someone tell me how that happened? (tear) The car seat went to protect another new little one.

Those two little specs in his mouth are not food. They have caused us lots of stress.

Teething is NO fun.

and......Brooks is back in swimming lessons.

So cute, they encourage them to wear goggles.

Big step last week diving for rings.

He is doing so well.

He calls the teacher "big Chris."

It is a character from a cartoon.

I couldn't figure it out for a couple of weeks if Brooks made that up or not.

Matt told me it was from Rory a race car cartoon.

Loving all the veggies we have been eating.
